Joshua’s journey through precision engineering began with a solid foundation in aerospace component manufacturing, where he developed his skills during an apprenticeship supplying tier-1 parts for Rolls Royce. His early career was marked by a focus on high-precision tooling and machining, where he honed his expertise in manual and CNC milling, turning, and surface grinding.

As Director of Herriott Precision, Joshua brings his deep industry knowledge to the forefront of the company’s operations. His experience spans various sectors, including aerospace, where he worked on lost wax turbine blade tools, ceramic core dies, and CMM nests. This background has equipped him with the skills to manage complex projects and deliver products that meet the stringent standards required by top-tier aerospace clients.

Our facilities are equipped with advanced machinery, including the recently acquired Doosan Lynx 2100 LSYB CNC machine. This machine is a cornerstone of our manufacturing capabilities, offering high-speed, multi-axis turning and milling functions that enable us to produce complex geometries with high precision. The Lynx 2100 LSYB is particularly suited for small to medium volume batch production, where precision and repeatability are critical.
